Since 1997, Attorney Hoey has handled matters involving complex civil litigation and catastrophic injuries across many jurisdictions. His practice has focused particularly on injury claims against nursing homes and assisted living facilities, personal catastrophic injury, wrongful death, elder neglect and abuse, medical malpractice, and other corporate negligence. Attorney Bromby has over 25 years of litigation experience including participation in mediations, arbitrations, trials, and complex settlement negotiations, as well as appearance before the Supreme Judicial Court of MA. He handles all forms of personal injury claims including but not limited to motor vehicle wrecks, transportation, dog bites, slip and falls, burn cases, wrongful death and any other type of injury claim. On any given weekend you can find him lobstering, clamming, or barbecueing with friends and family on one of the many sandbars or beaches in his hometown of Ipswich.
