Attorney Richard T. Bromby

Attorney Bromby is a senior associate at the Law Office of David J. Hoey, P.C. where he concentrates in nursing home abuse and neglect cases as well as other matters involving serious personal injuries and wrongful death.

Attorney Bromby has over fifteen years of litigation experience including extensive experience participating in arbitrations, mediations, trials and complex settlement negotiations, including an appearance before the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts.

A 1990 graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Bromby received his Juris Doctor from the Massachusetts School of Law and is licensed to practice in both the federal and state courts of Massachusetts. His professional membership includes the Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the American Association of Justice.
